Ranked fix

When you lose a game on 0 rr at Iron 1 instead of staying where you are (unlike every other rank) you instead circle back around to Radiant.

Thoughts?

W honestly, going to throw all my games and get radiant

if i was iron i would love this, sadly i will never receive iron buddy, they only put me in silver at the start of new acts
