ill stop after this and actually become normal but somehow I have ended up posting my personal issues on vlr of all places but I swear im done after this and ill go back to watching eg vods and learning how to animate in blender
Kanye has talked a lot about his struggles with being bipolar and wrote multiple songs about it, check out what he said, may help with some solutions.
i am not listening to fucking kanye for advice on how to remain sane and live my life 💀
Go talk to someone who can actually help you. Therapist or psychiatrist
Not the best place to talk about this considering the type of people here
honestly should I just make a new account and leave this one behind? I feel like I have been clinically insane on this one and it would be a clean slate to become normal (I also need therapy)
every account I make gets immediately banned however and I have no clue why or how to stop it
no, I know that you cant do that so I dont because I want to play by the vlr rules (cringe) but I tried to make 2 gimmick accounts that got banned after one post (neither were problematic or anything that would get me banned, one was literally saying "i like cabbage" under a post about euro food)
it immediately got banned i have no clue what I am doing wrong but I guess Ill continue to use this
I don't know the validity of this answer or not but if u genuinely have BPD I have heard that Cognitive Behavioural Therapy does work quite well
idk if its bpd I never received a hard diagnosis and I have had some very bad experiences in that style of therapy but I could give it another try (it was something that my school forced me to go to so I doubt it was the highest quality)
you should really see a psychologist/psychiatrist
slightly unrelated but it might interest you: I know a show with a really good portrayal of pibolar disorder (or so I've been told) it's slightly on the more extreme end in terms of the characters condition, and its also just a good show in general so you might like it, its called homeland
yeah I just made an appointment with mine to talk about this, I have been super insecure about this so I have been keeping it quiet but with college stress I think I finally cracked and Ill get some actual help, this will be my last response related to this
