I think he said that he went to valorant because he didn't have any offer in a T1 cs team, and he doesn't want to play in Tier 2/3, so maybe now he can return to Tier 1 cs, and thats why he is considering his options.

From what I heard from interviews and articles, he didn't have any significant offer in Tier 1 CS, plus 100T offered him a very good salary, Kyade leaked that him and sinatraa had the highest salaries in profesional Valorant.

Hot take

Nitro tried to take the IGL reigns and now that they failed to qualify for champs he is embarrassed and thinking about running back to csgo.

100T can’t find anyone as good as steel to fill his spot. No one on 100T is good enough on Jet to compete at the highest level in this meta. The whole team is frustrated and kinda lost on how to proceed. Unless the meta shifts they are kinda stuck, and CS:GO never changes so it feels comfortable for Nitro during this time of confusion.
