riot should introduce an NBA style draft to event out competition over the years. Rookies could enter their own names in to the draft and the picks would be decided via lottery with the worse teams having better chances to get top picks.

cool offseason tournament idea but i dont see any world in which this would be good for vct
this is the most retarded thing ive read here in awhile, but makes sense for flag and flair
it would be cool but doesnt work with current formats
for it to work you would need to have every team give up their players and have a draft with every player
