All countries from cis are geographically located in Europe so yes cis is eu. Except for maybe Russia but 75% of russians live in the European part and not the Asian so I would consider russia also part of eu
Russia is 100% a European country you can’t tell me otherwise, “but Siberia is big and it’s in Asia” fuck off no one lives there. For regions geography doesn’t mean anything tho, Mexico is in NA but isn’t in the NA region
geographically most of the CIS valorant players are from EU and ukraine and belarus are fully in EU, but i guess this depends on how riot wants to separate the regions
