Firstly I think we should wait for yay's response on this. Cz the screenshots don't explicitly prove the bribing. It's ocean insinuating. Let's not be biased already and believe one side already.
it is depending on what/who.
if you give your buddy money to let you borrow a game before someone else thats not really a crime.
but bribing a coach to not let a teammate play for the team? probably illegal.
probably more unethical than illegal tbh
most players contracts' are prolly smtg like "you can get terminated anytime" (think nadeshot frying his whole roster after 0-13) so you cant sue them for dropping you for no reason
