30 team tournament, entirely single elim (kick off wasn't single elim, stop crying)

100K prizepool to 250k at madrid, even tokyo was 350k

masters 2 iceland was 200k

this event just meant next to nothing besides the EMEA slot they gained for fraudvi to show up and leave shortly after at tokyo

what we can establish is that the event is certainly not a masters, and most definitely a flukey event, PRX players came out and said they didn't care

So for all those reasons FNC were not the best team at the event? Just help make it make sense

100k isnt the prizepool, its the reward for first place
the prizepool is the same as madrid

not to mention it had a "like-champs" bundle that was split 50-50 with the teams that attended (something no masters have ever even remotely had)

doesnt really matter cus everyone is there and whoever advances to playoffs are already the best teams. The people who fluked by getting the easy matchup will be eliminated in the groups anyway

“30 teams single elimination” if anything that makes it harder 😹 and how it’s a fluke when fnc won Madrid right after against the team that won champions shut up
