If they decide to stay with Yay, BLEED either put Yay on perma Jett/Chamber, Laz is still playing Chamber on certain map in this current meta so I don't see why not, or put Yay on Sentinel and let Deryeon back on Duelist role, drop Retla for a solid flex player. But to be honest with you, If I'm BLEED I would just drop Yay and get a flex player.

I think they tried Yay's chamber in scrims and it was not going well. Please do not blame coach.
He asked to play viper at first (sScary stream & crazyguy stream both confirmed) so no one forced him to play anything I think. If he chose to play duelist, it is his job to play raze. He got tons of time to practice before joining Bleed and even after joining Bleed.
Just drop him, if Bleed can get Monyet it will be insane.
Opposite to him is Deryeon, the man willing to learn and play any agent for Bleed since 2021.

if they wanna replace someone, replace zest AND retla.
put yay on perma chamber, maybe 2nd duelist for certain map, monyet on smoker, add a cracked duelist like vera, or some no name unpolished player like woody, or even ray4c acting a bait for yay.

I just answered base on assumption above. If we look at the org, they def W, they became famous in entire valorant, they have drama, a ton of fan and hater from other regions. Last year they are nothing. Generally they succeeded by doing stupid thing. so they will not drop yay

they can still work with him and sSnakey despite the controversy.
and i do think both of them are great players. it just that they need some support, and duelist like vera and ray4c fit for the team, and monyet will fill sScary spot so he can play perma viper.
the lineup will be like this;
yay - chamber/second duelist
sScary - viper
deryeon - init
monyet - main smoker
vera/woody/ray4c - main duelist(human recon)
