Was elmapuddy one of the factors of fnatic's downfall?
Everyone says yes immediately like mini isn’t still there and like boaster isn’t still the igl. They fell off bc they didnt practice during the offseason while the other teams were catching up and changing the meta
You really think that he has entirely silenced Boaster and Mini and they're only listening to his concepts and ideas?
It underestimates how much more impact the head coach has compared to the assistant coach. Mini works on what Elma asks for and works with the individual players on what they need to improve on.
That's not exactly the case.
I'm not even saying that it's definitely Elma's fault. I'm just saying you can't say that he's definitely not his fault "because mini is still there"
Why wouldn't we be talking about Boaster? In my original comment I literally referred to Boaster, he is of equal importance to Elmapuddy.
But I feel like with practice regiments and development of protocols surely they'd stick with what worked last year? that's not something that they have to switch up or change; but again with our level of uncertainty of what goes on behind the scenes we can't really talk much on it- for all we know they didn't change it at all, though regardless I can see how feedback during timeouts may make a difference.
I'm just tired of seeing people throw the entire blame onto Elma, when he isn't the only one providing concepts and strats.
I'm literally telling you what Mini has said. And I said that we can't say that it's Elmapuddy's fault, so you're barking up the wrong tree.
so you're barking up the wrong tree.
I think you need to take a lesson out of your own book because I literally implied that we can't say that it's Elma's fault lmfao
Learn to read. What you are saying: we can't say that it's Elma's fault because mini is there. What I'm saying: we can't say that it's not Elmapuddy's fault just because mini is there. You're overestimating Mini's impact
fnatic's downfall has continued from the middle of the champions they were not bad but not as solid as they were and they and kept falling especially at redbull homeground There were signs that on the final vs C9 they were able to beat but they shouldn't have struggled against a team with sub
Yes because he's a god damn pussy, if only he was a chad and control the team properly, they wouldnt be where they are right now
imagine being a coach with 0 trophies and telling 5 players who have won trophies how to play the game
he’s in a pretty difficult position but if Fnatic keeps losing then eventually he needs to put his foot down
Not really, from hearing Boaster's interview they were thinking about these comps for a while. Feels like they were scared to take a risk
