Shao has been an initiator for most of his career. He just switched to controller and has only played 3 maps in offseason tourneys.
No way he is already the 3rd best controller
Jawgemo was more of a flex than Ethan for EG. Ethan was the initiator
Not rlly many good controllers and I think shao is an insane player that should have no problems on controller
Playing in a minor region though. I would have Jawgemo or Mindfreak over him. Even Pancada if he starts

Shao played only controller in the offseason so I think its safe to say that he’ll be NaVi’s main controller
I also can’t think of any really good sentinels besides less and alfajer hence I put tex because I think he’ll pop off
