I mean, hating religion doesnt make you a western city. Moreover, there is nothing wrong in following religion. you can have both, for eg: middle eastern cities like dubai, doha, manama, riyadh etc

Hating religious guys and hating religion are different things, religious guys are the ones who thinks everyone should live like muslim way since most of the country is muslim. And I didn't say that as proving western city, they are different sentences not related. I said that since you're foreign you don't have to worry about religion things. Most of the westerns are religious also btw.

And the examples you made are Islamic countrys, Turkey doesn't have religion. Secular country.
