Because riot small indie company can’t afford to organize tournaments and servers in africa
guess they should have done it before they released the VCT format, but it's though since ping would be an issue and no lan :(
some teams from morroco and egypt have a chance to qualify for EMEA last chance
i dont think anyone from ZA plays it without servers there yet. 300 ping to EU
why did they call it emea then if they had no intentions of including africa?
