It's like your thinking then keeping of the actions of someone that you don't like in your head. I don't really like it though, damn zoomers.
Brother, there's no need to slander the future generation. Language evolves and while I find the term unusual as well I am in no place to say it is wrong. We must refrain from attacking those who will come after us because they will be building the world long after we are gone.
Just means that someone/something is always in your head or you’re always thinking about them
