I realized I’ve been slacking at the gym lately, and I kinda wanna hold myself accountable to start going everyday. I can’t seem to find anything that helps with scheduling and since I have ADHD it’s hard to make things apart of my schedule.
Well since going on VLR is already basically apart of my daily routine I figured I can tie it in.
Starting now I’m gonna attempt to go to the gym everyday, and I’ll comment day “x” after I’ve gone each time underneath this post.
