They've brought in 1, maybe 2 star level players since he has been signed. Like literally how many guys have become great that 100T has brought. They have one of the most overrated scouting departments. Since Asuna came in, I'm gonna do a hit rate criteria to show how good a player is, scaling from Superstar Potential, Good potential/player, Great but only for a short time, mediocre, Bad. They'll scale from Superstar as Tier 1 to Bad as Tier 5

Nitr0: T2 but knocked down to T3 because of his switch
Steel: Tier 3(I know he took them to LAN but since then he has not even been a top 15 NA IGL, it's time to face that it was a one off thing)
Ethan: Tier 1, first really really good signing but not even on the team anymore
Ec1s: Tier 5
Babyj: Tier 5
Jcstani: Tier 4
Bang: Tier 2, I don't think he'll ever be a superstar but his potential on smokes is high

Derrek: Tier 3-4, not awful or anything but we know what Derrek is, a good not great initiator, you can likely find better but he's too good to just randomly replace

He has played with or had 13 players picked up since joining 100T, only 15% have T1 talent, only 23% are even high potential players, and of those three players only 2 have played with each other at the same time. He hasn't had a really good IGL in what, a year and 3/4? In every iteration he's been a top 1-3 player on the team but he hasn't had a stable, good IGL, and his best player isn't even on the team anymore. If they had a roster of

There would be no excuses for Asuna, but realistically every NA team has eclipsed 100T in finding superstar talent. Like EG has already built a championship contender, NRG has the greatest core of all time, SEN has 4 players that have at one point been the best at their role or just plain out best in the world and Zekken who may have the highest potential in all of NA. Hell even C9 with randoms from T2 is better because Runi is a better IGL than Stellar and they still have Leaf Xeppaa Zellsis who are world class players. 100T just struggles to make rosters that are amazing. If they really wanna win next year they need to give asuna one last chance with a team that has Trent or Verno and Valyn/Flyuh/Johnqt IGLing them, alongside literally any coaching staff at all. Asuna has never once been a problem for their team.
Calling nitr0 tier 2 is an incredibly idiotic statement, he was literally considered either the best or second best controller after zombs and at the time of his signing, he was one of the most hyped up signings due to his legacy in CS

bang has always played better than Asuna since he joined, stop coping
agree with nitr0 but jcstani aint playing valorant anymore for a reason.. he had a couple of good multikills but he was never the reason they won a map
bang had POP off tournaments where he looks like hes the best controller but now with his recent games hes always being overaggresive and dying even tho hes playing smokes and smokes has to be the last one alive
