Why are flex players good at Raze?

What is it about flex players that makes them good at Raze and flash initiatiors? When I think Flex player, they usually play flash initiators and somehow can also play Raze?

Ex. Xeppa plays Skye, Kayo and Raze. Zyppan also plays Kayo and Raze well. Zekken plays whatever, but also plays Raze super well. Asuna is the same, plays whatever initiator but his best agent is Raze. Mwzera too, plays Skye and Raze. Whats the connection between these flash agents and Raze?

probs started off playing duelists (raze) and then flexed and were good at it

Imo good flex players=good util usage=good raze

before it was double duelist meta, one person would play jett and the other would play raze/Phx/Reyna.

the person that ran the secondary duelist switched to initiator after double duelist fell out of meta, so they can still play the non-Jett duelist
