Mental illness for a long time but now it has handed him an intense manic episode. Apparently these things would happen episodically and it happened gradually but only his close friends knew (and deservedly so), now it has bursted and he has gone basically insane or manic.

Just sad to see. Is there no one who can take him off from socials?
