Roster Lock

What are your guys thoughts on roster lock? Is it good for teams to fix whatever problems they have without changes for long term success or is it flawed and should be removed for future seasons?

should have been open only for el diablo

buyout should be closed of course, but I think F/A moves with some restrictions set would be no problem

50/50 but there should have been a transfer window before lcq

It's good for stability:

• Tier 2 teams r safe from getting their players taken at any moment in time by franchise org.
• Prevent orgs that keeps changing roster with mindset of "lets drop this player and pick up this player instead".
• Raises the competitiveness on starting 5, if 1 perform bad merit wise they could get dropped into 6th instead of getting transferred.
• Roster lock is good for having 6 player roster, meaning less likely of an emergency signing cause of VISA issues.
