No. Playoffs is SIngle Elim exclusively. All major events are single elim playoffs. It is a tense format that rewards the best of the best.

double elim gives better results,winning 2 times is more impressive than winning 1 time

I am saying about games like g2 vs gambit bind,if they played bind 6 times mostly both teams will be 3-3

So if this happens in a single elim the better team gets no chance of a come back
