probably not as much as minor regions will pay for tier 2 na players. like australia can get a tier 2 na igl and instantly have the best igl in the region

IMO i dont think there will ever be lots of different countries on a team. It helps a lot to have your whole team talk the same language and i feel that was shown with like astralis, na'vi, north american teams and supermassive who seem to benefit alot from talking turkish over english
