If a player or like a caster or analysts or someone that works for riot or is in riot franchising did the griddy across the VCT stage, and it was on the recording/vod could riot be sued by fortnight for using their emote?

oh 😭😭😭
i wanted yay to get an ace then the other team calls a timeout and he griddies over to the other side and does the L dance on them
fortnite dances are all from memes and other media, its like saying "what if spiderman appears on cod but then fortnite has a skin of it can fortnite sue cod??" no they cant because they dont own that they just have it in their game.
yes if they have copyrighted the dance they 'OWN' it and can drop a case on you
pretty sure it could be stupid to own a meme dance tho :skull: and maybe there are indeed dances that fortnite owns but several of them are from other places and placed on the game as a kind of references.
they do own all of them and have gotten sued by people for using it in game aswell
