Well CS was never a game for Twitch, even before Valorant it didn't get many views.
It's a hard game that is only enjoyable to watch when played in the highest level.

CS is easier, just you need to have good mechanics for carry your team, otherwise on Valorant you can be cned or scream but if you don’t have good teammates you will loose
