Besides being one of the best in the world, TenZ brings his enormous fan base to support the org he joins and millions of views/fans. This, in turn, generates a lot of money for that org. So, even if cNed is a better player than TenZ, (in my opinion they are at similar skill levels) his contract would be worth much, much less than TenZ's

actually, he is a content creator. mostly streams on turkish though, so probably will never reach the numbers of TenZ. his fanbase is huge, I'd actually think a buy-out for him would come close to that of TenZ.
and another problem I see is that he doesn't want to plaay for a big org (?), since there were many rumors about offers from FNC and stuff before hge signed with ACE, a straight up new team.
Maybe in the future. When he was in BBL/RYE/05 he wasn't as much of a threat and now he's insane, but G2 has the best eye for scouting so it doesn't have to be him in an hypothetic future
