Depends on what you consider overrated, I think it's pretty undestandable that people are hyping them because the won against the second best team in the world, let's see how they do in the bracket. But G2 looks one of the strongest teams in Europe right now.

They haven't played enough to judge but they looked very good against fnatic

not really overrated from what I've seen in terms of performance of the team, maybe a little in terms of expectation of the fans. As above we need to see how they perform in closed event and if they qualify, how they perform in Berlin. Up until now their biggest achievement has been beating Fnatic in a Bo3 qualifiers - good achievement but nothing to concretely justify best in EU shouts for example
