Surely with franchising around the corner. Riot finds a way to make the t2/t3 a healthy system. It makes 0 sense to let it die right? Any updates?

I am aware that eu has a good system in place rn. I was referring to NA. Since for the most part many believe the lower tiers will die out due to no support.
riot has said that they are looking to implement the regional league like the ones in europe.
