does anyone else have trouble fragging on duelist compared to support roles? for some reason I'm much better at support roles than fragging ones(i have plenty of other examples)

yes i know I'm silver go ahead and laugh I've got a LOT of improving to do lmao

It's not surprising, if you play duelist properly you create the space but you die very early too.

While if you play support and "baiting roles" u pick up the low hp guys and u are already placed in the site, you know where enemies are coming from...

just playoff of your initiators like dashing in after the sova drone/skye dog enters the site

well of course you have to have fast reactions and flicks as well

my sens is insanely high (1.2 on 800 dpi) i was also a little shaky today and the past few days

if your duelist its harder to get multiple kills since you're entry. If your sova its way easier to camp and bait get free kills

then you should probably just stick to the agents you're comfortable in tbh. i'm sure in every game there's at least 1 player (other than you) who wants to play duelist so you can just play other roles that you're good at

ik this isnt what ur asking for but trust be cut ur sense in half atleast

just bait ur team if u want to frag out and then blame the loss on ur team for not getting kills

You don't have the awareness for playing duelists yet. You can get info from a lot of other agents which duelists can't acquire by themselves. Also you had a lot of first deaths and you barely completed any kills, your positioning and aim needs to improve in general

My experience playing in silver rank, as a duelist or just as any agent, you just cant rely on your team, majority of these mf can't even trade, can't use their util for teams, play selfish and doesnt even coms. BUT you need to realise that you, as a player also need to communicate with your team, as a duelist please say something when you're about to entry, especially in mid rounds, ask the controller, do they have their smoke ready, ask the initiator, do they have their info-gathering ability ready, learn to play TOGETHER with your teams, tell your team what choke point are you watching/clearing after you entry a site so your team can watch other choke point, overall communicating is the key to win in any ranks (unless you're just demon and kill everyone)

Go with a sens you are comfortable in. I play on 1*800dpi and I hover between high plat -low diamond. Kills don't really matter of u win the game. I rather have a 0/10 duelist who entry site than a 30/0 duelist who keep baiting.

ong bro playing non duelist is so much easier in low ranks. if i lock reyna in silver ill still positive frag but not as much as if i locked skye/kayo/omen. honestly i feel much less pressure while having even more impact.

so to answer your question, its easier to frag with non duelist because you dont need to rely on your team that much, as a duelist you need that supporting ability to create the space without you dying too fast

honestly having an initiator drone or dog or flash or arrow or knife, hell even having a raze boombot, anything to help u get a general idea of where someone is anchoring on site will improve your entry success greatly. playing a duelist is all about finding 1v1s and being able to win them. it's the hardest when you don't know where the enemy team is.

but what you can do is have good presence of mind and keep track of which player likes to play which site, and any possible anchor spots. work with your initiators as they will be your best chance at clearing any spots or even finding that one guy on site to duel.

if all else fails and your team baits you just say fuck it and flank or lurk if you're confident u can carry the game.

In low-elo lobbies, people's game sense is non-existent (except few rare instances). It is aim that gets you out of milion crappy situations.
I would argue, from my experience and from some analyst podcasts, that you shouldn't always play "properly". To elaborate, use first few rounds to see the tendencies of your teammates, are initiators using their utility to clear sites, are controllers smoking the defaults and generally how they position themselves. Ask for their help and if they do not offer it, slow down, angle by angle, clear everything and only explode on site once you have cleared all angles of chokepoints. Train your aim in meantime, as this is what you should focus on perfecting all the way to diamond-immortal lobbies. I recommend PREMS method of training and if you really like it, Aim Lab to warm up.

I play 0.47 on 2000dpi (yes it's high) I'm immortal and main controllers/initiators. Don't worry about your sens, focus on gameplay.

It really depends on the way you play. You can either play it "I get in site, create space for my team then they can handle the rest" or "I get first peeks, I continue to kill people" duelists weren't made to be the fragging agents, they were made to be the entry agents
