SEN intervention. good take

TSM decided to have all Valorant team members to go to Texas for bootcamp/play together but Wardell refused to go. Wardell got kicked out. or what he said he "resigned" to the team lol.

Around 2021 around/after masters 3(?), Sentinels wanted to have its "professional" valorant players to live in a team house. Shahzam refused, saying that he wanted "his own space/privacy, etc..". (Well they had a team house pre-pandemic. when tenz wasnt in the team yet)

I believe this is the reason why Sentinels are not practicing and working enough. Sentinels org can't handle their "Professional" valorant players and let them do what the f they want. If sentinels doesn't make it to the playoffs then the organization should do some strict interventions since their players egos of winning masters is long gone.

Also, they should have a real coach, someone whos not a friend of the team. Shahzam literally doesn't respect whatever Rawkus tells him but he even laughs at him. Like come on you're a "Professional" Valorant Player ? may as well just pursue full time streaming since youre getting more income on it right? XD

Summary: A good intervention that Sentinels can do is to send their team in a bootcamp and when someones egos out and refused to go because he won 2021 masters 2 should be kicked out.

A better summary: ShaHzam is the root of most problems, an IGL who doesnt promote practicing, getting rawkus and making drama against his former teammate which affects not only him but the team as a whole.

Idt tenz wouldnt want to bootcamp, but tenz buyout is rly high and the contract probably ends in they year unlike wardell, who they didnt renew. They wouldnt be able to drop tenz even when compared to wardell. Especially since they signed wardell before he was that famous.

Yeah im just saying they wouldnt be able to kick him unlike wardell. But imo tenz would probably want to bootcamp as soon as he figures out his house and all, since he just moved in and got a dog. I can see sen bootcamping and maybe rebuilding for lcq.

Another one to compare between a professional esport org and sentinels..
I remember when tsm refuse to play mickeymouse tourney everytime and finally the org listened to the common sense.. And guess what It worked.
While on sentinels they only reply to the criticism instead of putting on the work
