i think that entire team is not motivated. They need a proper coach/igl not a joker like rawkus and shazam(hes good but not igl material clearly). 100T picking up sgaeres/ddk shows that they are actually trying to rebuild and get back to winning ways.

The guy never looked like he really cared abt winning nor did he care abt losing, there was nothing suggesting that he was spending time off stream practicing and "looking for coaching staff".
