https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvaRifuLtG0 Riot prizepools too little for him I guess
Holy shit he lost his mind bruv! He doesn't even think he's been streaming alot this year, FNS streamed 1 hour in the past 3 years!
That's pro player mindset should have been. S1mple Faker Fallen etc have huge following, they can stop being a pros and become full time content creations like Tarik and still earn x10 more money but they choose to keep practicing/competing. In fact, being a pro in a popular team like SEN help his streaming career so much
Exactly! If it wasn't for Tenz joining SEN Shahz would be a 500 viewer Andy or lower. The clout Tenz brang completely warped his brain, atleast Tenz humble about it!
well... idk about this doe
Tenz brought the real clout to Sentinels, before him they were just the enemy in the eyes of tsm fans and Shahz had like 500 viewers or less.
i dont think that is true because sinatraa coming from the OWL was a big deal and he had quite a big following too.
TBH the success that SEN had would still make them all quite popular.
If I remember correctly his stream blowing up had more to do with Sinatraa leaving for 2 months and all his viewers had to find someone else to watch. That's really when his viewers started to blow up and after Iceland of course. Before Sinatraa he had maybe 1k and after he had like 10k+. Now he's at like 5-7k a stream and Sinatraa has close to like 10-18k at times.
oh ok. But i still dont feel its warranted to claim that another pro player is only popular because of one of their teammates especially when hes the igl and one of the biggest reasons for SENs success.
it's more about his ego, he talked sarcastically about tarik who has achieved more than him in life even though he played way less professionally and that too coz of a clear bait tweet
why is the bro saying this as if he is speacial , there is literallly a guy in his team who can make 10x the money he can through streaming but is choosing not to
and not to mention guys like Hiko , Subroza , Asuna , even ScreaM - they can easily make more money than Shahzam if they continue full time streaming but they didnt cause they loved competing
This is such a lame excuse cause he knows they will lose the opens and he needs to play the victim
Not true shaz is way more popular than these people
hiko literally retired from competing to go stream full time...
no he was benched and so he went full time streaming
look at how less he used to stream when he was on the team , unlike shahz who streams literally the same during the offseason and the matches
The thing i hate about is take is how he fails to recognize his streaming numbers correlate 1:1 with their teams performance. Dude boosted his stream from 2k to ~15k after winning first international masters and the next tourney he plays in he cant stop bitching about the event's "small" pricepool. dude, if not for the tourneys your stream wouldn't be nearly as big as it is. stop acting like it's a trade profitable only for riot
In SEN , only Sinatraa and TEnz have big own fanbases. Their fans will keep following them wherever they go, whatever they do. I'm not sure the same will go to Shaz
Oh you are right, with his last performances his twitch channel lost about 30% views
His mindset is just awful. Of course its just human to think about money.
But on the other hand, your job is to be professional player and furthermore to be an igl.
You should care about your fans, about the org and your teammates.
If you just interested in to make money, than retire!!!
He should retire months ago with this mindset.
Its just sad to see, that he dont care about the sentinels fans.
this whole thread is just "bruh" yall exaggerate too much on the shaz hate
love everyone here missing the point. he's saying that he's sacrificed all this money to compete which should show how dedicated he is and that its fucked up that people still think he isnt committed in spite of that.
TSM already qualed: scrimmimg
shahz streams in his personal time, not during practise time. do you really think he goes "sorry team i know you want to scrim some more but i really want to stream so we're gonna have to cut down our prac time"
Nah I think most people just think that he doesn't prac enough which is why he streams so much
that would fall on the rest of the roster as much as him, no? unless everyone else wants to scrim and he says no because he wants to stream then it isnt really only on him is it
Yes, exactly the whole roster is at fault, which is why we are complaining because shahz is part of the roster. And do you really think that if Shahzam said "Hey guys I think we should practice more" the rest of the team would say no? He's the veteran presence in the team and the IGL, as the leader he should hold the most blame. Since Sentinels don't have a coach, he's most likely the one who sets the practice times and schedule bro.
yet nobody ever blames tenz, sick, dapr or kanpeki directly, only shahzam or the general "sen dont scrim"
Did you read the part where I said Shahzam is the one who comes up with the practice schedules and is the leader of the team, which is why everybody blames him? I think the reasons I said make it pretty obvious why people mainly blame him, he is the main person at fault. Just like how if a company gets into a scandal, whoever is in charge gets blamed not really the people who work with him even though they share the blame.
How do you know that Shahzam is the one who comes up with the practice schedules? Did shahzam tell u that?
if you look at my post like 2 messages ago "he's MOST LIKELY the one who sets the practice times and schedule", I'm just taking an educated guess and I feel like I've heard him say on stream he sets the practice times and gets the okay from the other members, but don't quote me on that
You know Shaz is becoming unbearable with his idiotic claims and his mindset when even SEN flair users are flaming him and calling him out at times + less fanboys defend him lol
Don't blame shahzam. Blame sentinels for being the most stupid org to let this guys act like they own the org and the org works for them not otherwise.
Any other org would have dropped this guys and told them to have good luck with their streaming and mouse grip-taster careers
Also imagine dropping zombs and hiring a washed player that should do what? Play Neon for Champions Slot?
It's easy for us to say that we would drop them because I think everybody at this point would drop this Sentinels roster because it doesn't seem like they have the dedication. But I get it from an orgs perspective, Sentinels have put so much money into this roster and the players they have on it are such big names in the scene that even if they are losing they are more likely to make a profit off keeping these players and losing, rather than dropping the roster and picking up a new one that can actually win.
I'm not a sentinel fan so I don't care..
But logically.. The views he got are due to the fans.. The money he've got from stream.. Are due to the fans as well.. If he doesn't care about what the fans want from him.. Which is winning.. He will soon lose both his stream and his pro career..
He doesn't have a funny or unique or loved personality that other content creators have.. It's the opposite.. Instead People watch him because he was winning.. If he stopped doing that.. I'm pretty sure.. That no one will care about or watch looser retired shazam as a content creator..
he should pull an IBP by the end of his career to farm infinite amounts of money
man keeps talking about how he cannot stop streaming because of his brand and stuff... just go full time streamer then no one will complain bro..
