Shahzam out?

Im not a shahzam hater by any means but the team not having a coach/ analyst for me is because of shahzam.
I knew similar situations in Europe, where the IGL was too dominant, too convinced of his view of the game that he didn’t wanna have another approach from a coach e.g.

We can’t jump to conclusions after 1 game, they will improve, but the teams in Europe improved when the IGL finally decided to work together with a coach

If he lets go of his stubbornness and finally gets a coach then he might not need to be replaced.
