tex previously competed in Counter-Strike before moving to Valorant in 2020, playing on a number of teams such as Prospects, and as a stand-in for others such as Mamba Mode Gaming.

He has also stood in for Equinox this month in the Complexity x NSG Invitational and the Nerd Street Gamers Winter Championship, filling for Carlo " Dcop " Delsol after he was released by the team last month.

Equinox now has a full roster heading into Stage 1 of the VCT in North America, with their first match against Bounty Esports today.
