One thing I noticed in particular reading the document was that she claimed to have a video clip of this audio clip.
If you have that he is locked away for 15 years no question.
Thats indisputable evidence.

so your telling me this audio clip is enough to prove him guilty, the clip has no evidence to show that he forced her to do anything,
I'm not the biggest fan of him myself however I don't see how in some peoples brains this is enough to prove someone guilty/believe there guilty/

@Eli Sanders Cleo could've always reached out and could have taken a strong stance. See this is what was happening, at all the times they both were physically romantic, whenever they both met, were romantic to each other or made out, Cleo participated in it by will, she was never being held at force or being made to do anything by force. How do i establish this ? Well, whenever a couple makes out they need to meet first, here as cleo doesn't make any mention of sinatra forcing her to come somewhere or kidnapping her or anything, it can be established that she came to him, by will and wanted to meet him for romance or for making out because they did end up doing those things. After that another thing can be established, as from the audio she provides it is proven they were having SEX and whenever sex happens between two peope 2 things also happen, first being foreplay majorly kissing and hugging, cleo doesn't seem to be objecting to that, she consensually kissed him and participated in a romantic foreplay, and continued with it, that shows she wanted to do so, was liking it so didn't object and continued, further the second thing that happens before sex is you have to take your clothes off, if sinatra was a viscous sex offender rapist like he is being portrayed as he would have forcefully removed her clothes off or tore them, but that doesn't happen in this case, Cloe by her will and wish, removes her clothes without objecting an inch at all. Now that we have established that she removed her clothes by her will we can also established that cloe did realize why she was removing her clothes, it wasn't for bathing, it was for sex, she clearly understood what was happening, she didn't object and consensually proceeded with the act, never object never stoped sinatra before beginning nor when they were making out, BUT INSTEAD WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN MAKING OUT FOR SOMETIME AND THE MOMENT COMES WHEN SINATRA IS CLOSE TO CUMMING AT THE PEAK OF HIS ORGASM, That's when cloe chooses to casually playfully in a soft voice say no to him. Wow. Even then after this so called incident, she doesn't report this to anyone, no police no family no friends to nobody does she say anything in her soft sweet playfully voice, and when Sinatra has his Valorant TOURNAMENTS coming up then she chooses to bring this up like a super brave girl she always was. Wow. And all the emotional fools join her in this, strip Sinatra off of all respect, his organisation just throws him off like he was trash, who once cherished this very important player. Its shocking how people stand by your side when you're at you're peak, you're achieving things and have a maintained image, then one false spot on your image then boom, they pretend they never knew you. Whatever sinatra did or didn't do, he definitely doesn't deserve having his career and image taken away from him in such a manner.
