Big orgs should stop switching around the same ex cs players all the time or the ones that were good in 2020/2021. we need to recruit our young talents ASAP. Derke or cNed best examples

FACTS. But tbh the vrl league has done wonders for relatively unknown players. Orgs will probs recruit players out of vrl.
yh. its no surprise most "top teams" consist of young players that didnt have much of a past before valorant. hope more players from the vrl leagues get picked up
