This is public knowledge. You can probably find g gueddes article about it. Also nadeshot said on stream that c9 put a higher price tag for 100t since they have more funding, so it isnt crazy to think sentinels would do the same now

He won a Masters when every other Team was just not fully ready for this Game and struggled to find the perfect 5.
