Because players have to be comfortable with the local timezone, like first match should be 5pm for them, which is good

Covid fucked up everything. I'm sure that if we were in normal conditions Riot would put Masters 1, 2 and champions in different countries around the world.

you guys realize VODs are a thing right?
Turn off Twitter notifs, get off youtube, and watch the match first thing in the morning while having coffee or tea or sum shit

witnessing plays happen live does not have the same vibe as watching the replay. Even if you wake up and see the results you don't get the same hype as tuning in live to witness unexpected plays happen cuz you already know the final outcome of the match/series

only problem about watching live means having to go thru the long ass tech pauses

Why watch it live? Just sleep and watch next day when you relax or something. the score won't change if you don't watch.

theyre great but the problem is the time gives away the map count and it also gives away the winner near the end

agreed except the last part, it definitely feels like everytime i dont watch the team im rooting for they just lose. I didnt watch SEN v TL and they lost, I didnt watch FNC v KRU they lost, I didnt watch V1 vs C9 they lost.
I watch Optic v C9 they win, I watched V1 v Optic, I watched XIA v Optic (the FIRST time, I didnt watch the second and i think you see the pattern)
