What I understand is he chose to comply with the authorities directly maybe advised by his lawyers because it's a sensitive issue that could send him to jail so the whole complying with riot argument is bullshit, it doesn't mean anything. I made my mind on the issue by listening to the audio which is obviously fake and taken out of context, and reading the document which is classic take someone's cancellable opinions from 5-10 years ago against him which mean nothing today as people change.

they wanted the full clip, i think sinatraa said he didnt want to share it with riot because of privacy reasons for both of there sakes but also said she had it and could share it if she wanted to, but she didnt either as far as i know so by not sharing that private full recording he "wasnt cooperating" so he was suspended, other than that as far as i know he cooperated with everything else and cooperated fully with the police

In any sort of investigation of any kind, as well as regardless of being innocent or guilty, you are told time and time again, to keep your mouth shut. So even if it wasn't a lawyer that made him do that, he just took the (very sound) advice that is preached all through life. More than likely though, it was a lawyer that made him keep his mouth shut. I'd genuinely like to know the thought process behind that argument.

You're obviosly entitled to your own opinion, but just be aware that the entire existence of the lawyer occupation is to handle exactly this. They are (really well) trained to handle things at the lowest and most discreet level for both sides, innocent AND guilty. This includes being the one handling evidence and dealing with the investagators themselves. Sinatraa likely didn't have a say in it, and he chose the right option regardless of if he is guilty or innocent.
