100T roster has the most promise

Idk if this is a hot take or not but I think 100Ts leaked roster is the most potential that team has had since Berlin

Asuna - Finally on flex. Everyone saying he would be the best flex NA and now he can prove himself to be. Can fully focus on rifling and explosive entry fragging, not have to worry about awping.

Bang - prob 100ts most impactful player from its former roster. Was playing smokes / duelist for TSM but actually showed a lot of promise on Astra. Now being able to most likely play fulltime smokes, 100t will have a consistent high fragging controller

Will - cracked jett awp that 100t has been needing, seems easily coachable with room to grow

Stellar - Experienced IGL on soar and lg, high fragging sentinel always making good plays. Will get heavy buffed from coaching staff

Derrek - cracked sova, so much fire power and intelligent

This team kinda reminds me of the guard, a group of moldable players coming together backed by a highly intelligent and experienced coaching staff. Oldest on the team being stellar whos 25. The fire power is unmatched and I think has the potential to be the most fragging team NA. And with an experienced player like Seangares, and mikeshd (who coached optic to their most notable achievement, being 2nd in berlin) could really help with the small errors this team will face. Asuna was talking about how much theyve been practicing, only having an off day Saturday. Its clear everyone on the roster and behind the scenes is hungry to win and thats crucial.

I really hope this roster works out.

I believe they can pull something out. Im confident wit Asuna, Stellar and Derrek but a lot less with Will and Bang on smokes

I think will and stellar are clearly the two weaknesses. Neither have proven themselves at the T1 lvl and both have pretty fucking tough competition in their roles especially Will. I have faith that Stellar can frag at the T1 lvl to a decent extent but as a Jett your rly have to be insane unless your teams strategy is best in the world or close.

I can definetely see where u are coming from and as a 100T supporter i also have a lot of faith in this roster.
But a couple things

1. Bang on smokes was not the best but with the help of sean and mikeshd hopefully he improves
2. Will, well we dont really know too much about him but hopefully he also lives up to expectations
3. Team Chemistry from want asuna said its good but we still gotta see.

No faith in this roster, I will be back in a couple of months to their ousting

The way things have been going for 100T so far im not surprised people have no faith.
But as a hoodie org fan, still holding on to hopium

FaZe new roster really running under the radar.

I kinda already talked about this on one of my posts but yeah bang vouched for will and stellar so they get along and if they are still playing with the team clearly something is working out pretty well, will has played with asuna and derrek and seem to have good chemistry all round. I think if they work hard it is definitely the guard 2.0 mostly young and and very promising talented players who are hungry to win led by good, structured and experienced coaching I think they can do some serious damage

On paper guard is a t3 team... dont underestimate scouted players. I dont think we can judge this roster till they play their first few matches.

also I am high on hopium and copium rn but asuna said on stream they don't have some comps figured out like bind they haven't tried and said they would play all maps and see which was the worst and insta ban it. So i think this upcoming qual on May 5th will have to be extremely lucky and rely on individual performances until they deepen their strat book. luckily enough 100T did just pick up the most reliable top fraggers from a bunch of teams so im not too worried

It also important to note that Valorant is a game not necessarily about individual skill, but more about hard work and team work. Think back to Sentinels. A team of t2 csgo pros dominating valorants first international LAN. That was when they scrimmed often, and had the best teamwork. Theyre still as mechanically skilled now as they were then but theirwork ethic therefore performance has decreased. Take a look at the guard, a bunch of seemingly t2 players who scrimmed 12 hours a day and mesh well together. One of the best parts of the guard is their ability to get better after every loss. Lost in the open quals of vct? They qual through lower bracket. Lose to c9 in groups? beat them in playoffs. Lose to optic? Beat them in grand finals. And i think thats due to small egos, young/ moldable players, and an amazing coach. And that seems to be the style 100t is going for. Young(ish) players who want to grind and be better and the goal to win, with an experienced coaching staff to back it up. Sure they may lose to start but i truly believe theres a vision and they will only get better after every loss.

decent but this should be a long term roster , so gotta be patient if they dont make next LAN
