Bad management. Also i think they don’t have money to get a good duelist. So they have to stick with Dynamic. Now there is only 2 player in T1 who are tier1 player one is Steel & other 1 Thwifo

Isn't dynamic just a friend of Steel. They probably value a good personal connection with the team higher than just raw performance. Can have 5 good individuals but if they don't match you never win
