BIG FORMAT ISSUE

A lot of people are talking about the format and if they like it or not which is understandable. I personally do not have issues with the format itself but there is a huge issue I am not seeing anyone talk about. How are the 2 teams that did not win their events in LATAM or Brazil competing for a spot that would give them a bye against groups. LOUD and KRU won their regions and are not getting that same luxury. How can you be in a better position by losing your regions tournament than they people that won it. It just goes to show imo how little some of this stuff is thought out. Its not the first time someone is at a disadvantage because they won their region.

That would not give them a bye in groups, if the latam team wins, the winner of LATAM challengers gets a bye (kru) and vice versa for the Brazilian team

That makes more sense. I wish they made that more clear in the bracket because it literally says LATAM/Brazil Playoff. So it made it sound to me as if the person that gets that spot is whoever wins this match. Thanks for clearing that up

That is not the case. If NIP wins, then LOUD gets the bye. If Leviatan win, KRU gets the bye.

Youre interpretting the format wrong. Depending on who wins Latam/BR whoever beat the winning team is 1 seeded not the team who wins Latam v BR
Ex. if NIP win, LOUD is #1 seed, if Leviatan win then KRU is #1 seed
