read books , it helps a lot

Ikigai and Atomic habits are good book for starters
Ikigai will help you understand what you need to do and why valorant or any thing < study (or whatever matters to you
Atomic habits will help you building habits and reduce your time on valorant , reading books is like living the checkpoints of someone else's life

bruh what am I telling you , my life itself suck , I need to work really hard and study for hours everyday , and yesterday I was baiting here for hous , Just learn from me and dont waste time here , do come sometime for fun but focus on things which matter
and change yourself in a positive way

Always remember - "you dont get what you want in life , you get what you are"

Go play ranked at 2 am am sure it will give you enough braindamage to not play valorant as much and you will easily get motivated to study.

Dopamine detox is the answer I guess if you are able to follow it

ehh then nvm but what im suggesting is actually an actual study technique called the pomodoro technique. its basically 25 min study 5 min break, so that you mind becomes refreshed and u dont tire out and lose focus. but since a deathmatch is around 10 minutes, i just doubled the 25 min

Option 1: Study for the whole day and play 1 or 2 games at max after that. Balanced approach. (Don't play in small breaks you take, as someone mentioned above. It will make you take more and unnecessary breaks)

Option 2: Find an alternative to get rid of this addiction. This will help you save some time. Don't stick to one alternative, try to find more things to engage with in the breaks you take!

Forgot to add one thing - stop using this site in the first place, more you see people talking about valo the more you will get tempted.

Study 2 hours and play 1 ranked

then lose the rank game, get tilted, frustrated, not wanting to study but to play one more, having faith that you will win, the cycle repeats, you end up crying yourself to sleep. Wake up late, you are late to the test, you barely can answer, you fall asleep, wake up, take the bus and someone robs your cellphone, you start crying again, your life is miserable, all because of ranked.

I disagree with your first option. Look up the pomodoro technique, the small breaks in between your study helps renew your energy, stay focused, and retain more information. it's proven to be an effective time management technique. You're first option minimizes breaks thus overworking yourself resulting in loss of focus and lower quality work. It's significantly ineffective.

realistically. if you will play ranked all day you will most likely end up in a net loss rr. And then since you played all day and havent studied, you fail your exam as well. So, logically do you think thats a good choice?

Well you are right, I forgot to add breaks in option 1 but yeah ....playing valo in those breaks won't help. Option 2 for those breaks in btw studying and then after finishing up, play valo :)

Make yourself a study plan, like study 8 hours a day then play until you want to sleep, if you think you studied enough in a day you won't regret that you played later.

Study until you say you worked hard then play ranked ez
