the most talented players from the EMEA tier 2 rosters (eg. Kachoww, Kozzy) will now accumulate within the top 4 franchised teams alongside the actually good players from last year (marteen,nAts, etc.)
additionally there's no longer any barrier between tier 1 and tier 2 so the region with the best tier 2 ecosystem from last year is going to be flooded with talent

his IGLing is poor quality, and is part of the reason liquid's ceiling has been hardcapped at international group stage level for years.
he also isn't a top 10 player at all, which of Marteen / Hiro / Riens / Sayonara / Kozzy / Ruxic / Alfajer / Chronicle / n4rrate / kachoww is he a better player than? hes not even the best player on his own team
