Jokes and roster changes aside
I feel like role changes will help SEN alot
Tenz doesnt feel as impactful on jett as before, taking weird peeks and doesnt seem very confident at all. Maybe having a rough time, not sure

Maybe Shahz switching back to jett will help cause he might not be flashy with it but he gets the job done
and dapr could take up his role as sova as he and sick used to play sova on icebox
Tenz could play chamber, more aim based agent, more mechanical.

Not on all maps but this can be done on a few maps like split and icebox maybe

Maybe start practicing and caring about the game, have a proper coaching structure, good igl not fucking shahzam, having a coach who can teach tenz how to actually play the game because he still plays like beta and can only play the least skillfull agent in reyna and maybe jett but not so good on jett AND only in 2 maps because in he literally cant play the game in maps where he doesnt get pure aimduels easily, kick zombs motherfucker cant shoot but they wont so dont get your hopes up because streamer life is the best so understandable, lets see how long sentinels will let them paycheck steal for theorically being "pro players" before they make them content creators

tenz is understandable, he doesnt seem to have any drive to compete, performs like shit, shit agent pool, can play 2 maps, doesnt seem to have high understanding of the game, be as smart on his play as other top jetts are and generally doesnt seem to care about competing, should just take a "break from competitive play" and never comeback just stream but if I was him I would kms because he only has kids as an audience and super casual fans and him having no charisma/literally no personality to keep it family friendly is just dogshit too, at least in CS his stream was decent now in valorant he is shit and his stream is shit

tenz can play jett reyna raze and yoru shahz just wants him on jett on all the maps were seeing the jett

also hes played viper sage and a few other agents that arent duelist in official matches before so i dont think his agent pool is as big a problem as u make it out to be

Other team is just improving more than SEN, role wise is good already.
And one thing I realize is that SEN player are more awesome when they play ranked in their stream. Their aim is more smooth. It kinda disturb me tbh

They just lack coach and discipline... that's it literally.
Like, don't drypeek as much, support Tenz more when taking a site on attack, fix fundamental issues with more discipline and that's it! They need a reality check, they have best team in the world potential and they fall apart on the most basic things ever.
