Do yall not remember what happened in 2022? Optic didnt get in XSET didnt get in despite them being the only teams doing shit in 2022. Its not about performance. Its about money and popularity. T1 is a giant with FAKER TENZ and Athena. These guys are not getting rejected over Nongshim redforce, even if NS wouldve won every singular international and regional event in the past 2 years. And im saying this as a NS LOVER (and im happy and excited that they will keep competing in 2027)

I personally think the decisions where good so far and im excited for 2027 where we will have more relevant orgs and less glue orgs just stealing paychecks from riot (like bums like giantx or dfm last year)

I think you underestimate that point a lot. Granted it seems funny because she is not from the esports section but do you know how much motion kpop has and how much money the fans will be willing to spend? Athena simply has to make an announcement saying buy the T1 bundle and you will see T1 being the most bought bundle in the stats for that year

However she is not a fucking giant giant like imagine they got BTS to be their ambassador valorants income that year would fucking quadruple lmao
