That’s so fucked up if true. It’s pretty much impossible to believe that would be a decision Josh made, must’ve come from a higher up
Considering the fact that this news was leaked (likely by the agency themselves) so early makes me believe that the higher ups decided to step in and take charge idk why tho
sato is such an amazing player g2 realized that nothing they have can compare
the only way it could be justified is that if they are planning on creating a new identity, replacing the igl is the easiest and most feasable way to reinvent the core roster
That's a very very bold move if that's the case because they never had decent roster changes. As much as I like the current roster, jawgemo was holding them back and babybay to some extent. Replacing valyn means replacing the g2 identity whereas if we got oxy for jawg i would have liked to see how that would have worked out. This one valyn change is just weird asf cause i don't think it was their identity that was holding them back and it worked for them
I think this probably the most likely scenario, we all know their playstyle with valyn as igl is cringe and boring asf and noone likes it. Also sato and kingg is a very likable character. Idk tho still why they not kicking that fraud zhao ge mo
