If a team doesn't make partnership, their players are free from their contracts. Rob already mentioned this on stream.
There will be no buyout because C9 is not making partnership.

Why would Cryo leave 100T?
Even if 100T do happen to make partnership, his contract it up after Champs, so SEN will still offer him more than 100T.
Cryo and JQT we're duoing alot for multiple days before Champs.
