i had an physics task in which i was allowed to drive a sim lap around the Nürburgring Nordschleife,
i chose the Audi GT3
after 4 tries, i spin on the Warmup lap and drive a time of 9:01.~~~
nearly 30seconds- 1minute of the pace ;-;

i need to practice HARD if i want to be on pace, my issue is that im too cautious and hesitant in corners

total like 290 hours across Asetto Corsa and Asetto Corsa Evo
so basically still an amateur, i need to lock in on actually practicing often

im planning on driving the GT4 supersprint again when its back on the Daily racing calendar

brother 290 hours is alot in any skill if u are not top 10% what are u doing
I hope u improve fast i watch f1 have a basic idea of racing games but dont sim race myself so cant be too critical myself , but u should def do better than what u are
i wish u achieve ur goals with time

yeah but if u are starting sim racing im assuming you dont drive without the help of traction control and shit
i would suggest, first get a hang of these then drive nurburgring

Laguna seca might be better as for me i feel like its very easy to overshoot in brands hatch and in Laguna seca the only thing to worry abt is the corkscrew which isnt even that hard tbf

I practiced like 2 months to learn the track and made a good lap (8:11:6) it is normal because the green hell is difficult af. (Also playing with a keyboard and mouse doesnt help a lot but the point still stands)

Also try the bmw m4 gt3, it is more easy for begginers

the "Bring mich Werkstatt" might me more grounded but it feels relativly boring to drive (with TC atleast)
