obvious bait no? this takes away the identities of each ability in neon's kit, a.k.a. what makes then different from similar abilities. there is legit zero way that a design team paid at least tens of thousands per person would gut an agent's identity this much.

the slide-weapon stuff i can see happening, but less exaggerated. i'd expect a longer delay before your gun pulls out.
the other nerfs though are so unrealistic. might as well replace neon with a new one atp.
