no it isnt at all lol. emeas problem is not identifying right talent and bad roster construction and GMing in general. people aren't afraid to take risks with cracked rookies
literally emea teams currently playing at champs have leaks that there are rookies coming to their team. you really think that doesnt motivate players to perform better? e.g. liquid
china has no real tier 2 presence or any player who could rise up. all the ok/mid talent is already in vct
China has a proper tier 2 scene, it's just not on western platforms like vlr. Where do you think they got the teams for ascension/stage 2? Did you think they just pulled 5 randoms together and told them to play?
i said talent, none of those players are good enough to go tier 1. RA was scooped many times and no one is really left. I watch the tier 2 games of china sometimes (specifically wbg) so I'm aware t2 exists. i meant t2 talent
