the reason why it was going wrong, and was alluded to in the statement if you bothered to read it, was the custom metal tables they were using for the event interfering with the signals from the mouse

thats true for a cheap wired mouse, but at higher quality its so negligible. in the past month i've used a good wired mouse, a bad wired mouse, and a wireless mouse, and the difference between the wireless and good wired ones was unnoticeable.
also if a pro player can't adapt to using a slightly different mouse like everyone else has to then thats on them
