Because its in the rulebook that they can't replay it, since damage has been dealt

They would have to change the rulebook to be able to make decisions on the fly like that (replaying the round based on the match officials opinion)

it’s a very dumb rule but it’s hard to have a rule that fits every scenario without being abusable so idk
